The terms under which you use QGPEXIM and this website, written to be read — not to hide behind.
The agreement
These terms govern access to and use of the QGPEXIM platform and this website, both operated by QGPEXIM Private Limited. Using the platform or submitting a form on this site means you accept them. Where a signed order or master agreement exists, that agreement prevails over these terms for the licensed platform.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping account credentials secure. Data you load into the platform remains yours. We process it only to operate the service and to meet the obligations set out in our Privacy Policy.
Credentials issued after sign-up are for your organisation's authorised users. You are responsible for the actions taken under those credentials.
Acceptable use
The platform must be used for lawful business operations. You agree not to attempt to breach tenant isolation, reverse-engineer the system, or use it to store or process data you have no right to hold. Compliance features assist your filings; they do not transfer your statutory obligations to us.
The AI layer
The AI Insights Engine surfaces reconciliation exceptions, forecasts and anomaly flags to support your decisions. These are aids, not professional advice. Figures shown in estimators on this website are illustrative projections based on typical patterns, not guarantees, and are clearly labelled as such.
Fees and term
Fees for Growth and Enterprise are scoped to the entities, currencies and modules you run and are set out in your order. Engagements involving migration and configuration are typically annual; the exact term is confirmed when commercials are agreed.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available and secure, and we validate historical data before go-live. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your order agreement. We are not liable for losses arising from data you supplied incorrectly or from statutory filings you were responsible for.
