The data we hold, and why
QGPEXIM is an operational system of record. On behalf of our customers it processes financial, inventory, compliance and trade data — ledgers, invoices, purchase bills, shipping documents, payroll inputs and the transactions that connect them. This data belongs to the customer; we process it to run the platform they have licensed.
On this website, we collect only what you submit — the details in a demo request, a support message or a sign-up form — so we can respond and provision an account.
Customer data versus website data
Data you enter into the QGPEXIM platform is customer data. We act as a processor: we store, secure and process it strictly to deliver the service, and we do not sell it or use it to build unrelated products.
Data you submit through this website is used to contact you, scope a fit, and set up access. It is not passed to third parties for their own marketing.
AI processing
The AI Insights Engine processes your data to reconcile ledgers, forecast cash flow, detect anomalies and read documents. Each capability uses only the data required for that task — bank and GST data for reconciliation, receivables and sales history for forecasting, and the files you upload for document intelligence. It does not reach for data you have not provided.
Security and retention
Platform data is isolated per tenant, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is governed by role. We retain customer data for the life of the engagement and for any period required by applicable tax and company law, after which it is deleted or returned as agreed.
Your rights
Customers control their own tenant data and can export or request deletion of it, subject to statutory retention obligations. For website enquiries, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the details you submitted.
